Malinkin Nikolay Mikhailovich (1927 - 1985)  Click to play

Borin in 1927 in the village of Savino (Ivanovo Region); died in 1985 in the village of Palekh. Studied at the Palekh Art School from 1945-1950. Following his graduation, began working at the Palekh Art Workshops. Themes of his works included folklore, literature, and contemporary subjects. Titles included "Travels and Adventures", "Blossom, Siberia", and "The Tale of the Priest and his Servant Balda".

Exhibited since 1955. Works now held in the State Russian Museum and the State Museum of Palekh Art.
