Novi.
Before beginning to study at the Abramtsevo art and industrial school, the artist worked in the studio of animated cartoon films. This activity helped the artist to choose her profession and inculcated in her a taste for art.
I.N. Solovyova paints her works in the style of Abramtsevo art and industrial school. She prefers to depict in her compositions themes of motherhood (matreshka) and New Year’s holidays (sculpture).
The artist thinks the most important stage in painting a matreshka is creation of a character’s face. Beginning to paint, she intends to improve her professional skill and make her work better than ever. Finishes painting, when she feels that all further work may spoil the composition.
Irina Nikolaevna uses in painting a wide spectrum of colors to make her works look bright and vivid. She studies painting techniques of great Renaissance masters to improve her skill and find her own painting methods. Her favorite artists are Leonardo da Vinci, Rafael, Michelangelo, Renoir, I.E Repin, V.I. Surikov and V.D. Polenov.
In her free time Irina Nikolaevna likes to paint matreshkas and travel with her family.
The artist wishes kindness, happiness and piece to all amateurs of Russian Applied Art.
