Zhukova Svetlana Alexeevna was born on February 7, 1965 in the town of Ulyanovsk, where she resides at present.
In 1981 Svetlana Alexeevna finished the Art School, where she studied under Pavlov Yu.V. Her diploma work was a still life.
Now Svetlana Alexeevna works at home. She paints her works in the realistic style, using oil paints, tempera paints, watercolors and akril. Prefers to depict in her works themes of fairy-tales.

The artist supposes that choice of a theme is the most important stage while painting a matreshka. Beginning to paint, she intends to improve her professional level. Finishes working, if a conceived theme is fully reflected.

The artist thinks her creative work was influenced by painting of decorators that worked in the “Russian seasons”.
