Danilina Yulia (1979)

Danilina Yulia was born in 1979 in Lobnya, Moscow region. She was studying at Fedoskino Art College of Miniature Painting from 1994 to 1999. Major in Decorative-Applied Painting and National crafts. Her degree work was the image of “Princess Ligovskaya”, a poem written by M.Y. Lermontov. From 1999 to 2000 she was studying in the Moscow Open State University of M.A. Sholokhov. The degree work was “Alice’s Country of Wonders”.
Yulia participated in the number of exhibitions:
• “Stroganovsky Festival of arts and painting crafts” in Moscow, 1998, 1999.
• “Youth Exhibition” in the Central Office of the Artist (ZDK) in Moscow, 2001.
• “Artistic Zonal Exhibition” in Lipetsk, 2003.
• “2 Generations” Exposition in The State Duma in Moscow, 2004.
Key works: “Alice’s Country of Wonders”, “Snow Maiden”, “The Sun”, “Spring”, “Seasons of the Year”, “Got caught!”, “Carnival”. All of these masterpieces were made using the technique of mixed painting that means addition of gold and nacre. Today, many of her works are purchased by private collections of Austria, Holland, Germany and England.
