Guseva Irina Alexandrovna was born in 1973 in the town of Dmitrov, Moscow Region, where she resides at present.
In 1993 Irina Alexandrovna finished the Fedoskino Art School, where she studied under Antonov V.D. and Frolov V.N. Her diploma work included a composition painted after original by K. Brullov.
Now the artist works at the Fedoskino factory of miniature art.
Irina Alexandrovna paints in oils in the style of Fedoskino lacquered miniature. Her favorite themes to depict are copies of famous pictures, portraits and genre scenes. She prefers to paint her miniatures in cold tones.
I.A. Guseva's artworks are remarkable for fine brush mastery, precision of drawing, interesting themes, original execution and beautiful color combinations.
The artist can't say how much time she spends on painting a composition. Everything depends on a theme's complexity and a box's size.
