Mikheev Alexander Nikolaevich was born in 1957 in the village of Marfino, Moscow Region. Now he resides in the village of Fedoskino, Moscow Region.
In 1988 the artist finished the Fedoskino Art School where he studied under Shchagin Alexey Vasilievich, Monashov Sergey Vasilievich, Frolov Viktor Nikolaevich, Kulgavov Valentin Semenovich.

Alexander Nikolaevich paints in oils sticking to the style of Fedoskino lacquered miniature. He likes to depict architecture and landscapes.
The artist appreciates his artworks, mostly, for painstaking execution. Beginning to work, he intends to paint a beautiful composition, which may gladden the eye. Finishes working, after a box’s polishing.
Alexander Nikolaevich uses in work Leningrad, Dutch and French paints. To achieve a realistic depiction he applies in painting a wide spectrum of colors.
The artist paints his compositions using his personal technical methods. He thinks his artworks are very original, and it is easy to recognize them by interesting themes, execution, painting technique and shapes of boxes.
Alexander Nikolaevich decided to be an artist owing to his parents who helped him to find his course of life.
In his free time the artist likes to fish and play volleyball.
