Shilova Galina Alexandrovna was born in 1967 in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Now the artist resides in the village of Kholuy, Ivanovo Region.
In 1986 Galina Alexandrovna graduated from the Kholuy Art School where she studied under Kiselev B.I.
