Mozhaeva Galina Pavlovna was born in 1980 in the village of Mstera, Vladimir Region. Born into a family of hereditary painters; her father is a famous Mstera artist Mozhaev P.P.
In 2000 the artist finished the Art School. Her teachers were Zaitsev M.I., Lebedev V.A., Vifleemsky B.M., Guryanova N.K. and Zaets P.F. The Diploma work of Mozhaeva G.P. was a casket entitled "Once upon a time girls looked into their future in the eve of Epiphany".
Mozhaeva G.P. is rewarded with many honorary diplomas for her participation in different exhibitions.
At present Galina works in the artel "Artist".
Works of Mozhaeva are kept in private collections.
The artist paints her works in the style of Mstera lacquered miniature, using tempera paints and also she paints icons. Themes of her works are fairy-tales and troikas scenes. She prefers to use in painting soft, pastel tones.
Galina values her creativity and likes all her works. She considers her boxes can be easily recognizable owing to painting technique, thinness of painting, coloring and quality of execution.
On the average it takes her a week to finish painting a box.
Painting of such famous Mstera artists as Klykov N.P., Demidova L.A. and Zonina E.N. had a great influence on the artist's creativity.
Galina has chosen profession of artist respecting recommendations of her parents.
In her free time the artist likes to draw and meet with her friends.
