Vifliyemskaya Yulia Nikolaevna was born in 1980 in the village of Mstera, Vladimir Region where she resides at present.
In 1999 the artist finished the Modorov F.A. Art School. Her teachers were Zaitsev M.I., Lebedev V.A., Vifleemsky B.M., Guryanova N.K. and Zaets P.F. The graduation project of Vifliyemskaya Yu.N. was a casket entitled “The argument of Duke and Churila”.
At present the artist works in the artel “Artist”.
Yulia paints her works in the traditions of Mstera lacquered miniature, using tempera paints. Themes of her works are fairy-tales, literature and Russian troikas. Her favorite work was a copy of L.A. Demidova’s miniature.
The artist thinks the most important elements in her works are color palette and drawing. Beginning to work on a lacquered miniature, she intends to achieve high quality of painting. Prefers to paint her works in bright, mellow tones. On the average it takes her 2 weeks to finish working on a box.
Young Artist thinks that her boxes are notable for painting technique, coloring and themes of her works.
Painting of such famous Mstera artists as Nekosova V.F., Demidova L.A., Zonina E.N. and her uncle, Vifliyemskiy B.M. (miniaturist, teacher of the Kholuy Art School), had a great influence on the artist’s creativity.
Yulia liked to paint from her childhood and always had a strong desire to paint miniatures.
In her free time the artist likes to read and meet with her friends.
