Vera Alexeyevna was born in 1966 in the Ivanovskaya Region. Now a talented miniaturist, she completed the Palekh Art School in 1986. Smirnova's teachers were V.V. Bolshakov and R. A. Smirnova. She has participated in exhibitions since 1987.
